Wonderfully tranquil setting. Nice sunny garden area to sit out in, which can also be enjoyed at night for stargazing as there is no light pollution. The location is brilliant as it so close to both coast and the broads - the best of all worlds. Miss A, Sandy, Bedfordshire 03 April 2011
Excellent accommodation central for exploring the Broads area. Friendly owners. Mrs C, Newport, Gwent 21 March 2011
A lovely cottage with excellent facilities and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beaches at Winterton for the dog walks, and the lovely food at the Fisherman's Return. I would definitely recommend it to others - thank you. Mrs D, Manchester, Lancashire 08 October 2010
An excellent cottage with lots of homely touches. We enjoyed every moment here - the beaches and long walks have been fantastic. I would recommend Little Broad to all my friends. Mrs S, King's Lynn, Norfolk 08 October 2010
Wonderfull cottage, immaculate condition, private and secluded. Mr Z, LEEDS, West Yorkshire 14 July 2010
If you want a location which is not far from some beautiful beaches and countryside this is it. There are some excellent pub restaurants in the area. The new 'Waterside' facilities on the A149 just outside Rollesby towards Caistor are worth a visit. The cafe/restaurtant is very good and the view across Ormesby Board superb. If you are a gardener, the Broadland Garden Centre will tempt you to find room in the car for one, two and possibly three plants. Very good quality and reasonably prices. Mr F, Fakenham, Norfolk 03 July 2010
Excellent property and location at a reasonable price, with very friendly welcome and support. Mr L, HAVANT, Hampshire 29 May 2010

What a gem of a place! I would highly recommend the Little Broad Cottage, it's location and peace and quiet provided a lovely week away, just perfect! Miss R, WELWYN GARDEN CITY, Hertfordshire 04 September 2009
Fantastic location, central to many of the local attractions. A beautiful and quiet beach only 15mins away. From the moment we arrived we felt it was a home from home. An ideal cottage for a family of 4 with everything you need from a washing machine to a microwave. Mr E, CAMBRIDGE 15 August 2009
Ideal position to explore the Broads and many attractions in North Norfolk. Surrounding beaches excellent. Mr M, STOKE-ON-TRENT 01 August 2009
The perfect holiday to suit all our needs. Mrs A, FARNHAM 12 July 2009
I would recommend this holiday because of the beautiful location, close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast. The accommodation was excellent, very clean, tasteful decor and good quality furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner was very welcoming. Good for families with dogs and the fact the accommodation is single storey and there is a wet room makes it suitable for people with limited mobility.
Mrs O, ELY, Cambridgeshire 05 June 2009
Within 5 miles of the lovely coast! Mr B, Bury St Edmonds, Suffolk 23 March 2009
Very clean and exceptionally well equipped cottage. Owners very friendly and helpful. Plenty of information of area which we found very useful. Mrs F, Biggleswade 31 October 2008
